SUSHI CHEFS

Bluefin Sushi is seeking energetic and personable full-time sushi chefs. This is a customer-facing position requiring an outgoing, friendly personality and engagement with customers at the sushi bar to create an exceptional dining experience for all of our guests. Previous sushi experience is desired, but very willing to train an exceptional person with strong kitchen experience, knife skills, knowledge of fish and seafood, and a strong desire to immerse themselves in Asian cuisine and sushi.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in sushi, culinary arts, cooking, or other related fields
Passion for cooking, sushi, and Asian cuisine
Strong team first personality
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
